Arabs have started using ginger with traditional medicine for hundreds of years. Ginger has a great value in Arab and Islamic culture for its many benefits. God Almighty said in his holy book: “Therein they shall be served a cup flavored with ginger.”       

Ginger contains many antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids. Ginger is used to treating many health problems and diseases such as: relieve cold and cough symptoms, relieve joint pain, regulate blood sugar level, treatment of vomiting and nausea, stomach disease, menstrual pain. Ginger also has cosmetic benefits. It can give you more healthy and beautiful hair and skin. Taking ginger and applying it to the body has great anti-aging benefits.

Treating Scars: Place a fresh slice of ginger on your scars and leave it to dry. Do this once or twice a day.

Skin Generation: Combine an equal amount of grated ginger, honey, and fresh lemon juice. Leave the mask on the skin for 30 minutes, then wash it to reveal radiant skin.

Stimulates Hair Growth and Activates the Blood Circulation of the Scalp: Mix the same amount of grated ginger and jojoba oil, then massage it in your hair and scalp. Wash the shampoo after 30 minutes.

For Dandruff: Massage your scalp with ginger oil or a mixture of two tablespoons of grated fresh ginger and three tablespoons of olive oil. Leave the mixture on your head for 15 to 25 minutes. Then wash it normally. Do this twice a week.

Reduces Cellulite: Mix 2 large tablespoons of grated fresh ginger, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup olive oil, and one grated lemon. Massage the cellulite areas for 10 to 15 minutes daily until you see the result.
