Weight loss and exercise help relieve arthritis pain. Extra weight put more pressure on joints and causes more pain. Low impact exercise, especially water exercise will help flex the joints and make them more flexible with less pain and stress on them.

Massage

In addition, having a massage regularly will also reduce pain and stiffness and help you move more with ease. Having a massage with essential oils is very helpful, While it might not ease the pain, but it will boost your mood.

Eucalyptus Ointment

Rub your joints with eucalyptus oil or ointment and then wrap them and keep them in a plastic wrap then wrap them with a warm towel. The moist and heat will help relieve the pain.  

Hot and Cold Therapy

Hot and cold therapy help ease pain and stiffness. Warm showers help loosen stiffness of the joints. While applying an ice pack on painful joints will give you quick pain relief.

Add one tablespoon of fresh grated turmeric. If you do not have fresh turmeric, you could use powder turmeric as well.

For extra immunity, you could add one teaspoon of fresh crushed garlic, and a couple dashes of cayenne pepper.

Mix all the ingredients together in the jar.

You can take it as tea, by adding a teaspoon of this mixture to a cup. Then pour boiling water on the cup. Calcium oxalate stones are the most common type. Therefore, avoid eating foods rich in oxalate when you have kidney stones. Example of oxalate-rich foods: spinach, nuts, french fries, potato chips, beets, and wheat bran.

Do Not Take Vitamin C Supplement

Large doses of Vitamin C may increase the amount of oxalate in your urine, increasing the risk of kidney stone formation. If you are taking a supplement, do not take more than 500 mg of Vitamin C daily.

Do Not Get Too Much Vitamin D

Too much vitamin D can also cause kidney stones because it leads to an excess of calcium in all parts of the body. But it is almost impossible to get too much vitamin D from sunlight or from foods.

Lower Your Sodium Intake

Consuming lots of sodium raises the possibilities for kidney stones. Eating less salt lower urine calcium levels, the lower the calcium the lower the risk of developing kidney stones.

Consume Less of Animal Protein

Eating large amounts of protein may increase the risk of kidney stone formation. If you are at risk of having kidney stones, you should not eat too much of animal protein.

But I use the word al-’aelet in this video according to my dialect.

A Brief Introduction to Dandelion Plant

The dandelion plant has grown in the Middle East in Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, and Egypt. Dandelion is a wild plant that begins to appear at the beginning of winter. It also has therapeutic importance among Arabs because it is beneficial to health and is used to treat many health problems and diseases. It was used by ancient Egyptians and the dandelion plant is used in Chinese folk medicine and other alternative medicine. Although it was known as a wild plant, it is now planted in many countries of the world for its nutritional benefits.
